See something you love but we don't have it in stock? No problem! We can place a special order for you to ensure you get the perfect piece for your home.

Placing Your Order

To place a special order for a product that is not currently in stock, we require a minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase price. This deposit secures your item and pays for the initial costs to get the order on its way.

Order Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order before the goods have arrived at our store, please note that 50% of the purchase price is non-refundable. This policy helps us cover the costs associated with the order and ensure we can continue to offer this service.

Shipping Delays

We know you're excited to receive your new furniture, and we aim for a speedy delivery. However, getting your furniture here involves many links in a global supply chain, including manufacturing, shipping, trucking, customs, and ports.

Factors like weather, raw material sourcing, global events, and unforeseen delays at any point can affect delivery times. If your order is delayed, please understand that this is completely out of our control and is not a reflection of our service to you. We'll always keep you updated and informed, but we can't offer refunds for minor delays. Thanks for your patience!

Time Frames

The standard time frame to order a product for you would be about 12-16 weeks for international and 1-2weeks for National.
