2.1. All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stated. 2.2. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information, images, and pricing on our website, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change prices, or refuse sale at any time without prior notice. 2.3. All product dimensions, colours, and specifications are approximate. Due to the natural materials used in some of our products, such as wood and leather, there may be slight variations from the images shown. We will not be liable for any natural variances in the product. 2.4. Any accessories, items of decor, or furnishings shown in product images are for illustrative purposes only and are not included in the purchase price unless specified.

3. Orders and Payment
3.1. An order placed by you is an offer to purchase the goods at the price and on the terms set out in this document. 3.2. A contract is not formed until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and received full payment, or a deposit has been paid as agreed. 3.3. For made-to-order or custom items, a non-refundable deposit of at least 25% is required to confirm the order. Full payment is required before delivery can be arranged. 3.4. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we believe it to be fraudulent, or if a product is unavailable for any reason. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of any money paid.

4. Delivery and Collection
4.1. Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the product price unless otherwise agreed upon. 4.2. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only. We will use all reasonable endeavours to meet the estimated delivery date, but we will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays. 4.3. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and access details provided are correct and that there is a person over 18 years of age available to accept delivery. If a delivery cannot be made due to incorrect details or no one being present, an additional re-delivery fee may be charged. 4.4. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect all items upon delivery and notify the delivery driver and us immediately of any damage. Claims for items damaged in transit can only be made if reported at the time of delivery. 4.5. If you choose to collect the goods from our store, we will notify you when your order is ready for collection. You must collect the goods within 7 days of this notification, otherwise, storage fees may apply.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

Faulty or Damaged Goods: We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) for any goods that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match the description. 5.3. All warranty periods commence from the date of purchase. Our warranties do not cover defects that are a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, or alterations. 5.4. All claims under a warranty or the Consumer Guarantees Act must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
