Our Delivery Service

 

We believe in a smooth and easy delivery experience. Our service includes bringing your new furniture right to your home, setting it up in place for you, and taking away all the packaging. As part of our community approach, we can also remove your old furniture to pass it on to someone who may need it. You can learn more about this on our Trade-In page.

Where We Deliver

 

Our delivery van is kept busy getting furniture to homes across the lower North Island.

  • Local Delivery (Levin & Greater Horowhenua): We waive the $60 delivery fee for our local community as our way of saying thanks. Deliveries are generally on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and you can choose either a morning or afternoon time.

  • The Rest of the North Island: We can arrange trucking to all major North Island towns. Please get in touch with us to find out more and to arrange a quote.

Our Delivery Crew

 

We work with a couple of strong, young guys who are experts at handling furniture with care. They'll give you a call 30–60 minutes before they arrive so you know they're on the way.

Please Note: Our crew can't lift furniture over fences, onto balconies, up difficult stairs, or through very tight garden paths. This is for their safety and to prevent any damage to your new furniture. If you have difficult access, please let us know in advance! We'll do our best to help, but an extra charge may apply for the added effort.

Undeliverable Items

If your new furniture doesn’t fit, you change your mind, or you’re not home and available to take the delivery, a $60 re-delivery fee will apply.
